For Microsoft & enterprise consultancies

Senior engineers for your next client project.

Take on complex software delivery with a team of three senior developers. We deliver defined work packages, integrations, and system improvements, with the option to continue as your long-term technical partner.

The founders’ delivery experience

17 years building and supporting Xexec’s rewards platform

Our founders and team built the multi-tenant platform from the ground up and maintained it from 2008 to 2025, including private cloud server operations and support during migration after Xexec and Reward Gateway combined operations.

Tenants with configurable experiences

When Black Friday volumes rose to approximately ten times normal levels, short database transactions, RabbitMQ workflows, and SQL Server idempotency checks helped reduce contention and prevent duplicate processing. The founders report that the platform handled these peaks without issues for many years.

Where we fit

A delivery team for funded client work

Business applications

Operational platforms, customer portals, and workflow applications that need ongoing development and support.

Complex integrations

APIs and connections between business systems, including payment and identity integrations.

Established-system improvement

Application modernisation, database improvements, and reliability work, beginning with an assessment of the existing system.

Our strongest sector experience is in rewards and loyalty. We also work in adjacent sectors where the technical requirements match our experience. Scope and team allocation must fit the capacity we can commit.

We assess existing systems before committing to rescue-project prices or deadlines. Support is during normal working hours, with response targets agreed for the engagement.

How collaboration works

Clear responsibilities from the start

You lead the client relationship

Your consultancy owns the client relationship, leads meetings, and approves scope changes unless we agree otherwise. We can work under your brand or be introduced as a specialist partner.

We own our engineering delivery

A named E2 lead handles technical and delivery concerns. Martin is the main technical contact, combining hands-on engineering with architecture, estimation, and code reviews.

Progress and budgets stay visible

Weekly updates cover completed work, next steps, risks, and budget. Meeting frequency is agreed per engagement, and we seek approval before exceeding agreed budget limits.

Support continues after launch

Development, maintenance, and working-hours support can continue through a retainer. Shared team knowledge and agreed documentation and access handover support continuity.

Swiss contracting, South African delivery

E2 Innovativ Informatik GmbH, registered in Zug, contracts and invoices partners and provides oversight. E2 subcontracts development to UME in South Africa. Martin and Natalie are UME’s founders and part owners of E2.

Normal working hours are 08:00–17:00 South African time (UTC+2), providing overlap with UK and Swiss business hours. Developer allocation and start dates are agreed subject to existing commitments.

We agree hosting locations and South African access to client data before work begins, use partner- or client-controlled environments where practical, and limit developer access to what is needed.

Relevant capability

Enterprise applications, Azure delivery, and practical AI

C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, with RabbitMQ experience for asynchronous processing.

Azure applications in ongoing operation

Since 2022, we have built and supported a web app, mobile app, and website for a UK life insurance company. The .NET Core backend and website run on Azure App Service.

The delivery includes Azure-managed MySQL, Front Door, Blob Storage, Entra ID, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. Our responsibilities include deployment, infrastructure configuration, monitoring, and support.

Users can manage policies, update details, access rewards, and contact support. Additional components include quote journeys and a claims calculator.

Production AI with human review

A site-reporting system turns mobile photos and answers into reports for trustees, with human review before delivery. At approximately 200 reports a month, the founders report a reduction from about one hour to five minutes per report, including review.

These approximate timings are founder-reported, not independently verified, and concern report preparation rather than total inspection time.

A separate production moderation platform screens photos for adult content and sends low-confidence results for human review. We handle development, AI integration, deployment, monitoring, and support.

These client examples are shared anonymously. We have no current technical certifications or formal vendor partnerships.

A practical first step

Talk through a client project

  1. 1. Introductory conversation

A free call to discuss the project, fit, responsibilities, and capacity. Send an enquiry to start.

  2. 2. Define the work

Where assessment is needed, we agree scoped paid discovery. Clearly defined work in a familiar system can include discovery in the initial engagement.

  3. 3. Agree delivery

A written outline records scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, acceptance criteria, and an estimated effort range. Duration and developer allocation are agreed individually.

We respond within one working day. There is no fixed minimum engagement initially.
